As part of our comprehensive home check-up service, we offer the following complimentary benefits:

  • Completion of a detailed Home Checklist

  • Delivery of a comprehensive Home Report directly to your inbox

  • Immediate repairs for minor issues

It's important to note that the labor for these minor repairs is included in the subscription fee. However, the cost of materials will be invoiced to your inbox separately. Please refer to the detailed list of material costs provided below for your reference.

It is worth noting that these prices reflect standard issue items. Should you require something more specific, you have the option to source it independently. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to our handyman services, and we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Handyman Services

Flat Fix annual plan members receive two comprehensive home check-ups per year, along with exclusive benefits. Our handyman services are accessible to both subscribers and non-subscribers, with subscribers enjoying a 15% discount on hourly rates. Hourly Charge

Routine repairs and installations will be managed with a flat rate—no surprises, just reliable expertise at a flat price.

Annual Plan Holders - 59,50€ per hour

Non-subscribers - 70€ per hour

The minimal chargeable time is 1 hour.

Call Out Fee

Of course, we visit your home twice a year for Home Check-Ups. But if there's a sudden project or repairs that need prompt attention, our Call-Out Fee is a friendly 40€

Quotations

Larger jobs or those requiring additional specialization will be managed through a tailored quotation.
