Property Check-Up 240€

One time ultimate check up with our professional handymen. Suitable if you are a tenant moving out, if are a landlord and need one check-up or you have several properties and want to try our services.

The service includes:

➪Documentation of any issues found, including quotes for further repair

➪Thorough cleaning of sink traps, ensuring pipes health preventing unexpected damage

➪A detailed Unit Report with full diagnostics of your property

➪Free fixing minor issues, such as pipe filters and pads, oiling squeaky doors etc.

* Starting from December 1st we offer a 10% discount if you book two check-ups.

Annual Maintenance Plan
€420/Year or €35/Month

The plan includes four detailed Property Check-ups per year. Suitable for landlords and AirBnb hosts who need check up done for them regularly.

This plan includes:
